Rick Townsend

Rick Townsend has a broad background with significant experience in all areas of business management and systems development. After spending several years in senior management positions with multi-national firms, Mr. Townsend returned to professional consulting for both private and public sector entities, with a primary focus on project/program and technology management. He has planned and managed a variety of major information technology projects, including most recently the overall management of a 2½ year, $15 million enterprise-wide project to replace existing proprietary financial and tax systems with a configurable, off-the-shelf system that runs on an industry standard platform. Among other responsibilities, included is the oversight of a 50+ person implementation team and a 15+ person planning team comprised of client and vendor personnel.

Miles Browne

Mr. Browne’s 25-year career has included a variety of management roles in both technical and non-technical arenas, for private and public sector entities. They have included matching technical solutions to overall business goals, project needs assessment and requirements planning, evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies, overall implementation and user training. Mr. Browne has gained extensive experience managing projects and project teams in the transition from independent, proprietary systems to industry standards that can operate across the enterprise. He combines a high level of understanding of all aspects of business, a strong background in innovative strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to project execution to deliver optimum results.

Steven Beinfest

Steve Beinfest is an accomplished business professional with significant experience in all areas of business management, financial planning and management, and information technology planning and operations. In approximately 25 years of executive level positions with large technology oriented firms and startup information technology companies, Mr. Beinfest has developed requirements, prepared feasibility studies, selected and acquired hardware and software components, and managed the implementation of many enterprise information systems. He has a particularly strong background in the area of financial systems and sales management tools.

Stan Turner

Mr. Turner’s 15-year career has consisted of both management and consultation roles in information technology and engineering. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in the area of feasibility review, requirements definition, and end-to-end project planning and management. He has successfully led several IT project efforts including:

· Design of a claims processing system for a large Midwest insurance company, including requirements definition, software assessment, financial analysis, contract negotiation and implementation planning.

· Development of a complete computing operations manual for employee training for a SAP R/3 system for a large fiberglass manufacturer.

· Use of computer-aided engineering to establish new methodologies for piloting new production and integrated product development processes.

· Development and implementation of a complete user training and documentation program for conversion of a major tax processing system.

Ryan Comingdeer

Ryan Comingdeer is a software engineer with a broad background in information technology. This includes experience in today’s prominent programming languages, (SQL, Visual Basic 5/6, Borland C++, Java, Javascript, HTML, Assembly Language, and Pascal), web development, applications support and network design & management. His experience includes both public and private sector experience in the U.S. and Canada. Major projects have included complete website development for a mid-sized school district, senior level programming on a project to replace an enterprise-wide state tax collection and management system, and network design and implementation for a national charitable organization. He combines a high level of technical knowledge with an expanding understanding of business principles.
